Institutional Capital Foundations introduces students to the fundamental principles that govern global financial markets and professional capital allocation.
This level establishes the structural knowledge required to understand how capital is deployed, transferred, and priced across the global financial system. Students gain a clear institutional perspective on how major markets function and how professional investors evaluate investment opportunities.
By the end of this level, students will understand the foundational architecture of financial markets and the core concepts that support informed, risk-aware investment decision-making.
Level I serves as the intellectual foundation of the Certified Global Capital Allocator (CGCA) program and prepares students for the macroeconomic strategy, portfolio construction, and derivatives applications introduced in later levels.
