This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all QGlobal memberships, programs, and educational offerings. It outlines the rules for cancellations, refunds, and related requests.
REFUND & CANCELLATION INFO
QGlobal provides access to educational materials, learning sessions, and community resources only. QGlobal does not provide financial advice, investment services, trade recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes.
All fees are charged for access to educational content and platform resources.
• Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time by the member through their account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments. Access to membership content remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds:
• Because access to educational materials is granted immediately upon enrollment, monthly membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
Elite Lab and other cohort-based programs involve limited enrollment, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Fees for Elite Lab are non-refundable once the program has started. If cancellation is requested prior to the program start date, eligibility for a partial refund
or credit may be reviewed at QGlobal’s discretion. No refunds are issued for missed sessions or incomplete participation.
Participation terms for special initiatives may vary based on program structure and local implementation. Any specific refund or cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
If a member experiences technical issues preventing access to purchased content, QGlobal will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued for temporary or user-related technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity, device limitations).
QGlobal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a member: Violates community guidelines. Misuses educational content. Engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior. Misrepresents QGlobal services.
QGlobal reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and apply prospectively.
