1. Membership Structure
QGlobal operates under a recurring membership model.
Membership grants access to institutional development resources, structured programs, and governance participation as determined by membership tier.
Membership does not constitute investment advisory services.
2. Recurring Billing
Membership dues are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
By activating membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Access remains active while membership is in good standing.
3. Upgrades
Members may upgrade to higher commitment tiers where available.
Proration may apply based on billing cycle timing.
Access privileges adjust upon successful upgrade.
4. Downgrades
Downgrades may be restricted until the end of the active billing cycle.
QGlobal reserves the right to define downgrade eligibility policies.
5. Cancellation
Members may cancel recurring membership at any time.
Cancellation:
- Stops future billing
- Does not refund past payments
- Ends institutional access at the conclusion of the active billing period
Access to programs, dashboards, and governance resources terminates upon cancellation.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership dues are non‑refundable.
QGlobal reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion in cases of administrative error.
7. Compliance & Governance Authority
Membership participation is contingent upon adherence to:
- QGlobal Operator Risk Constitution
- Institutional compliance standards
- Governance framework
QGlobal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of institutional standards.
Governance decisions are final.
8. No Financial Advice
QGlobal provides structured educational frameworks.
No content constitutes:
• Investment advice
• Portfolio management
• Financial advisory services
All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the member.
9. Limitation of Liability
QGlobal, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Trading losses
- Misinterpretation of educational material
- Participation is voluntary and at the member’s own risk.
10. Modifications
QGlobal reserves the right to update membership terms as necessary.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
